How to use the ‘Include Rain In Recommendation Calculation’ switch?

If the ‘Include Rain In Recommendation Calculation’ switch is set to OFF, the system will not include rain (actual or forecasted) in the calculation of the recommendation.
If the switch is set to ON, the effective rain will be reduced from the irrigation recommendation.
