Manna Irrigation, a leading AgTech company provides growers around the world with irrigation Intelligence solutions, actionable irrigation recommendations and crop monitoring tools to make better-informed and more confident irrigation decisions.
We are hiring a Director of Sales for Europe & Africa to join our team and boost the company business growth. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Director with an open, collaborative approach, proven record of business development and sales growth, reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales.
**This is a remote position, preferably for candidates located in Western Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Italy) or Hungary.
In your position you will have responsibility for direct sales, sales through existing channels, sales development, strategic partnerships, and sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Define long-term growth strategies in the region.
- Meet and exceed the company revenue goals in E&A by leading sales processes in the relevant channels.
- Manage the forecast, sales pipeline, and sales reports.
- Design and optimize sales tools, processes, methods.
- Secure and increase customer renewal rates.
- Proficient in CRM management

Experience and qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or other relevant education
- Familiarity with remote sensing and GIS applications – advantage
- Familiarity with agrotechnical processes in field crops and orchards
- Experience and knowledge of irrigation systems – a significant advantage
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Leader- selling SaaS combined with HW to Large growers, Corporates and Global companies.
- Proven track record of taking Sales from X to 3X.
- Proficiency in software sales processes, technical proofs, negotiation, and full customer journey.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly.
- High level English is a must, another European language is an advantage.
- Able to travel internationally frequently.
